  • Striping and Parking Signs: Included. 
  • Sidewalks and Stoops: Concrete sidewalks with ADA ramps.

Building Shell and Finishes

    • Footings and Foundations: Concrete as designed. 
    • Floor Slab: 7″ thick unreinforced concrete. 
    • Walls: Precast concrete with EIFS system at the office area. 
    • Structural Steel: 50′-0″ x 40′-0″ bays, prime painted grey. 
    • Miscellaneous Steel: Framing for various equipment and fixtures. 
    • Fire Equipment Room: Reinforced 8″ CMU room with fire-rated deck. 
    • Roof: 60 mil TPO Rhinobond system, R14.4 insulation, standard 15-year warranty. 
    • Caulking and Painting: Exterior and interior as required. 
    • Specialties: Knox Box and epoxy flooring for battery charging station.
