Basil Western Logistics Center is a two-building project in Violet Township, OH on 59 acres. The total buildout is 635,875 SF, Building I will be approximately 411,125 SF and Building II will be approximately 224,750 SF. The construction wil be staggered on this project with Building II being constructed first. The property was rezoned to I-1 in September 2022. The Deveolpment Plan was approved in November 2023.
