Airpark Logistics 237 is a multi-phased project in Hebron, KY on 270 acres leased from CVG Airport. The total buildout is 2,248,325 SF. Additionally, there are several smaller parcels that could be build-to-suit sites or pad sales. The property was rezoned to I-1 PD. A TIF has been created for this project to subsidize the extensive infrastructure necessary for the project.
