Roebling Development Company is proud to announce the promotion of Nolan Merten to Senior Development Analyst.
Since joining Roebling, Nolan has taken on increasing responsibility across the real estate development process—from site evaluation and due diligence to investor communications and financial modeling. His contributions have improved internal workflows and strengthened the strategic foundation of several key projects in our pipeline.
In his new role, Nolan will lead the development of financial models and proformas, conduct market and risk assessments, and provide detailed analysis of zoning regulations, demographic trends, and economic conditions across our target regions. He will also support the preparation of investment proposals and help lead communications with capital partners.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s real estate program, Nolan remains actively involved in the industry through NAIOP, the NAIOP Developing Leaders program, the UC Real Estate Roundtable, and the Cincinnati Cornerstone Network.
His promotion reflects Roebling’s continued investment in talent that supports smart growth and long-term value creation. We’re excited to see Nolan take this next step in his career—and proud to have him on the team.
